We present an innovative online course, especially suitable for those who, given their responsibilities or circumstances, can not devote time to travel to a classroom course in a laboratory.

This course is entirely practical, which uses e-learning technology and methodology of interactive virtual laboratory using the Internet for technical learning.

The aim of this course is that students acquire a practical overview of the methodologies used for the analysis of environmental microbiology Operating Rooms and Critical Areas of Hospitals, as well as acquiring extensive experience in interpreting and evaluating the results obtained by some practical lessons, as a characterization of suspicious colonies in a particular agar, detection and identification of pathogens, ...

The course is an important part of theoretical content in Operating Rooms and Environmental Microbiology critical areas, but certainly the most novel aspect of this course is the Virtual Campus.

She is the founder of the Catalan Association of specialists companies in sick building syndrome, and actually is present  in its board of directors, president (2001-2007) of Spanish Federation Enterprises of Environmental Indoor Quality, MBA master in management and business from the University of Barcelona.
