INDOOR ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BUILDINGS CERTIFICATION

DEVELOPING A METHODOLOGY FOR DIAGNOSIS AND INSPECTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITION IN THE INTERIOR OF BUILDINGS.

The standard UNE 171,330, consisting of two parts, describes the diagnostic process of building and valuation and subsequent inspection of indoor environmental quality.

In SEGLA we are credited to realize the Inspections before the Certification of the Indoor Environmental  Quality of Buildings. Later, AENOR acts as independent verifier a certificate supported by the first entity certificadora of Spain.

The Certification is of application to the indoor environments of all kinds of enclosures, facilities and buildings: Office blocks, Corporate Buildings, Hotels, Restaurants, Care centers and Colleges, Universities, etc. (Exempting those that are destined exclusively to the activity developed in industrial and / or agricultural processes).
