I.- Levels of Biosafety for retaining laboratories (BL3) and maximum contention (BL4).
II.- Design and construction for the laboratory of Level 3 of security.
III.- Practical Case: From the design of the Laboratory Biosafety level 3 to the capture of the first sample.
IV.- Validation of the laboratory of Bio safety level 3
V.- Climatization systems and surface clearing of the Laboratory of Bio security level 3.
