    GLORIA CRUCETA, Medicine Doctor, president of committee CTN 171 environmental indoor quality (AENOR) and superior technician in occupational risk prevention, specialist in industrial hygiene, expert technician of ENAC (National entity of accreditation) in Indoor Air Quality, Superior Technician in Indoor Air Quality . Founder of the Catalan Association of specialists companies in sick building syndrome (ACESEM), ex president (2001-2007) of Spanish Federation Enterprises of Indoor Air Quality (FEDECAI), MBA master in management and business from the University of Barcelona. She is also the director of SEGLA, a company specialized in Indoor Air Quality. Thematic development: The committee CTN 171 (Indoor Air Quality) of AENOR, has developed the standard, "Valuation and Qualification in white room in Hospitals" where areas are classified, defined parameters, test methods, types of validation, timing and criteria.

   VICENTE PICÓ. Graduated of C. Chemistry, Biochemistry specialty. Master in Food Technology from the CSIC. Superior Technician in Indoor Air Quality.  General Director of AMBIENTCARE. Technical advisor of Aplicaciones y Proyectados Levante. Thematic development: The use of TiO2-OH radical generation has opened new and powerful possibilities in the disinfection treatment of water. Options such as direct addition of chemicals, or their generation in situ, known as pasteurization or copper silver have advantages and disadvantages. With the advanced Oxidative Photocatalysis it opens a new and sustainable way to disinfect the water, fully effective for the prevention of Legionella.

JG Ingenieros has carried out several projects of works and installation of many Biosafety Laboratories, highlighting ther retrovirology Laboratory Level 3 IRSICAIXA (Hospital Germans Trias i Pujol). Thematic development: JG Ingenieros brings expertise in the design and construction of biosafety laboratories.

JAVIER GARAIZAR, Medicine Doctor,Professor of Microbiology, Department of Immunology, Microbiology and Parasitology, Faculty of Pharmacy, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Basque Country University / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. Thematic development: Then the design and construction of a Laboratory type 3 and before commissioning, validation is required and certification. For it it is necessary to to do a follow-up of the documentary procedure to obtain, register and interpret the necessary information to demonstrate that a process, equipment or activity will effect permanently with the predetermined specifications.

Technical Advisory Council Member of Infrastructure and Equipment of the "Unió Catalana d´Hospitals" and IFHE Europe (Member of the Working group on the Risk of Infection Prevention in Hospitals). Thematic development:  The previous year opened the New Hospital of Mollet (Barcelona), which has an area designed to surgical pioneer in the Spanish State and European level. He  will give a brief explanation of regulations, the technical description of surgical block, architectural layout and existing facilities.

JOAN PERE BARRET
, Medicine Doctor,
University of Groningen and specialist in Plastic Surgery. Nowadays directs the Burned Unit of the University Hospital Vall d'Hebron (Barcelona), he worked as clinical chief at the Broomfield Hospital (United Kingdom), and as specialist at Burn reconstruction and Plastic Surgery at Texas's University. The doctor Joan Pere also is a scientific consultant of the Consortium of Investigation in Holland. Thematic development:
The Burns Unit of Universitary Hospital Vall d'Hebron in Barcelona, is a reference Unit and enjoys great prestige both at state and European level. Their new facility covers an area of 1,403 m2 and includes 6 single rooms for severe burn patients, Operating Room Area, Area for Emergency Care and treatment room.

Thematic development: Through this guide provides an insight into major chemical contaminants in the health field, compiling information from various sources of prestige, as well as preventive measures they appear more effective at present to avoid risks associated.
